Technical Two factor authenticator problem

Hi, I started playing some time ago but didn't want to wait so I donated in my main account, never really played much but now I want to and when I log in it asks me for my two factor authenticator code, since I dont remember putting that in my account I asked for removal of the code and when I press the link warmane sends it says its no longer valid !
Would like to start playing again since i have some friends playing private now and i cant retrieve my account !
