It's not bannable to do this.
You can't do it on the same account and you get an error when you try to.
You need to use another account to which you will send item to and then post that item from that account in the neutral AH and buy it with your low toon from the first account.
yes, it is allowed.
But you need a second account or friend (becuase you can not buy something at AH from a character of your same account)
