Site Cannot retrieve account informatino

I am trying to retrieve my old account that I used to play in Warmane around 2017-2018. I have the username but when I try to retrieve the account password it displays a captcha error when there is no captcha to solve on the site (at least from my perspective).

Appreciate if someone can help.
