Hi I recently got a new computer, installed wow and it keeps stuttering. Ive got AMD Ryzen 5 3600 16Gb Ram SSD and Radeon RX 5600 XT. I run on ultra settings and the game basically stutters every 2-3 sec. Ive tried everything suggested in this topic: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=390882 but nothing works so far. Any ideas?

Since it wasn't suggested there, try applying Large Address Aware to WoW.exe and see if it helps.

Looks like it did the trick. Thank you, sir! :)
