Item bought in shop shows as question mark.

Hi guys,

I donated 22 coins for a weapon, I received in the mail but when I opened the item showed as a question mark.
When I equip it it shows the GS and stat increase but it does not let me enchant the weapon with the shaman skill windfury and when equipped alone it says i don't have a weapon equipped when trying to use spells that require a weapon.
Ive tried deleting the cache and deactivating all my addons but that does not seem to work.
Has anyone had a similar issues ?

Are you using Warmanes wotlk client with WoD/Legion character models? It had a similar issue with a different item.
