I have a character that can not send or receive mail. Whenever I try it just says "Character is unfriendly." I have tried to contact support on several different occasions. What does a person need to do to get their character fixed? The toon was made back in 2018, and this is a new problem that hasn't started happening until a couple weeks ago. I have another character who just hit 80, and is waiting to get a donated gear boost. Why would I donate to a broken server?

You cant send mails to another faction, only heirloom items. Make sure your toons is on the same realm, check if you add your alt on friend or on ignore list.

Sorry to state the obvious, but I wouldn't be posting this here on forums if there wasn't a bug. Iv'e been an avid wow player since 2008.

Search the name on armory or provide better bug reports over on the bugtracker so it can be reproduced and fixed.
