Blocked Gmail account that cant be restored

Hi can you help my friend he is a Premium Member with google Authenticator on his account but he cant get his Gmail back and wants to get his wow account back. Hi can provide the debit card details and names to proof it and any other information you may need.

Have him send an e-mail to [email protected] with all info he has to prove ownership of the account.
