WotLK Website to offer players leveling up in exchange of 5 coins.

I want to create a website in which i will be able to offer my services to the players in exchange of 5 coins. I will only offer leveling someone's character to level 80 in exchange of 5 coins. In the website i will have my own TOS which will state the following things in detailed explanation.

All coins will go to my main account that has my main character in it, in order to make my service completely transparent and easy for investigation when a GM decides the check if i am scammer.

-I don't accept payment any other than gifting coins from each account to another.
-The player gives me brand new account that has level 1 character contained in it, i will not accept accounts that have characters other than this one.
-The player must tell the name of one of his characters on the account that is gifting me the coins.
(This will make my website easier for investigation if someone reports me as a scammer)
-Before i do anything, the player must send me 5 coins.
-When i receive the coins, i screen record that i received the coins.
-Each player must wait in queue until the time has come for his character to be leveled up(In case multiple players decide to use my service).
-If a player decides to stop wait and ask for refund, 4 coins will be refunded(-1 coin fee for the transfer).

There will be queue page that contains all characters who wait in queue for me to level up their characters. Clicking on each character row, will lead you into a page that contains the following information.

-Character name
-Current level
-Screenshots and Videos of me receive the coins(This is made for GM investigation)
-Name of the character that is contained in the account that sent me the coins.

In order to prevent fake reports against me, there will also be an archive page. That page will contain all characters that i leveled up, also a video and screenshots provided that i grant it back to the player and the deal was scam free. Also screenshots and videos of when we started the deal. This will make me free from being responsible if anything happens to their characters after our deal was over. My job was only to level up their characters.

I am here to only ask a staff member if this is legal. I am here to improve the server and help myself gear up faster. The donation shop is expensive, i am also one of the players who live in a poor country and are unable to donate much! By creating this service i offer the players a cheaper option. And still, i don't make this service for commercial purposes. Everyone will benefit from this. Me, my customers and Warmane. Since we are doing this deal trough the coin gifting system only, no money will come to me and the server will still have benefit from this.

As much as i know, this should be legal, but i can't start offering this service to the players if it is not approved by a staff member.

you're best bet would be to offer a leveling service for ingame gold, and then sell that gold for coins.

Offering a cheaper option doesnt really sound like improving the server, warmane already offers the instant level 80 for 20(if im not wrong) coins and they already offer a trade system where everyone can buy/sell a character geared, leveled to 80, with max lvl professions, with achievement points, gold and any currency, for any amount of coins u can think of, with 30 coins being the starting price. So where exactly is the "improvement" by offering leveling for 5coins? you could just log ingame and offer boosting then for 20k gold(5coins) instead.

Like Skuddy said, it's against our terms of service to provide or advertise coin paid services. Gifting was introduced purely for gifts.

Hmm! That sounds even better. What if i do that same website, and everything else that i mentioned in this post, but replacing the coins with gold? Would that be legal? The only purpose of the website will be only to make the GM's easily investigate my actions. And if someone tries to do fake report against me, then i would have something to show? Is it legal to make the website operate with gold? Anyways, thank you for your adequate response.

We don't want to allow these sorts of services to start because it's going to eventually lead to someone being scammed or losing an account. So obtaining account information to offer a service isn't allowed.

Okay, then for last i ask this. I made fresh account, i level one character to 80. Then i put that account on my website for sale 20k gold. Upon selling the account i record a video, and that video is archived in my website free for GM investigation. Also i will include the email for that account. If possible, i will type some random email. Not sure if warmane required email verification. Please, tell me what is the closest thing to what i can get associated with selling such characters? I'm looking for a quick way to level up and sell characters, no profession leveling and so on. Just naked lvl 80 for 20k gold. No one is going to be scammed. In my TOS i will say that i require the gold first, then i give the account to the player. While on the website there is my main character name and i am free to be reported in case i scam someone. If someone would be able to scam, that will be me because i ask for the gold first. No way for anyone to get scammed.

In this case i don't require any account info. I giveaway empty account with just one lvl 80 naked character to the guy who gave me 20k gold. It's so simple... and if this also violates the rules, then can't i just obtain permission from the staff to make my service legal towards your server?

That won't work either. We don't allow character trading outside of our market.
