    first time in wow and accidentally destroy aquest item. Its some way to restore it? (Sorry my english is not good)

    If it is a quest item that the quest giver gave you, abandon the quest, then talk to the quest giver to get the quest (and the quest item) again.

    If it is a quest item that you had to loot then you will have to loot it again.
