I did all the mission of the earth totem in my shaman but they did not give me the totem now I am in lvl 80 and I need it urgently but the truth is that I do not have it I do not know if it will have bugged, I need help because I have invested a lot of time in this character

You don't need the earth totem, unless you mean a spell (like stoneskin totem). Double check your spell book, if you mean a totem spell. If it's indeed spell that you're missing, and trainer isn't training it to you, open in-game ticket.

Your totem http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=45114 already counts as Air, Earth, Fire and Water totems, all in one.
