International guild looking to expand our 10-man raiding roster for ToGC 10 and upcoming ICC in January.

We are looking to recruit players who have decent game knowledge and who prefers raiding in a tight-knit 10-man roster.

As of right now our raiding days are:

Weekday raid day: TBD
Saturdays: 18-21 Server Time


Requirements

Generally we have a more laid back attitude towards the game. However, we do appreciate that you have knowledge of both your class and the current raiding content.

We use discord to communicate and to sign up for raids, mic is not required but is always welcome. We expect you to communicate with us when you can or can't attend.


Loot System

We are using Loot Council in our raids.
The way we distribute loot is based on rank, attendance, performance and overall benefit to the guild.
Trials will not be eligible for loot unless other players of the raider rank or above needs the item in question.
Our trial period is 4 raid resets (2 weeks).


Recruitment

We are interested in any class and spec, however these are the classes/specs we are currently in high demand of:

Death Knight: Blood
Druid: Boomie // Feral (Tank) // Resto
Priest: Disc
Rogue
Shaman: Enhancement // Resto
Warrior: Prot

Offspec is not required, but it’s highly encouraged.
