    Not collecting Mark of Honor Hold

    Hello, I just changed faction on a lvl 60 char and Im not collecting [Mark of Honor Hold] when I kill a enemy on Hellfire Peninsula.
    Wanted to buy [Band of the Victor] https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=27832 that costs 15 Mark's ...

    Is it a bug ?
