LF tips for start in relax(not a donor)

hi everyone, sorry for my english, tonight i thought i was going to start playing wow finally, the point is that i don't like raids and i am not a donor, at most participate in dungeons for 5 for reasons of time, work (to January I open an activity) and family.I prefer to dedicate myself to the game in a relaxing way, world quest (also reading the quests), professions, auctions (I would waste hours in the auction to trade) and visit the old world, even a bit of pvp for leisure but nothing more ... I know I will have a strange way to play but I take it really slow, in my opinion there is a lot to do besides the raids ..
if you have some advice first to start ..
1) class for those who don't donate? I read around that both the priest and hunter are excellent .. (I'm noob with macro and key)
2) server? I think both are excellent .. but the economy runs well in lordareon being half the population of icecrown?

Wait, You wanna play the game in a relaxing forum, but ask min maxing question, that dont relate to your "relax" playstyle. But, you asked and i will answer to the best of my knowledge.

1) Class, for someone who does not care.... play what you find fun. if yoru playing in a relaxed state, you will never be trying to push for top dmg or to be the best, or to have BIS... at this point what the f does it matter what class you play? Every class has its weakness , but from my point of view, Druid or rogue.... you see **** coming your way, stealth is your friend for avoiding piss heads like me

2) Your relaxed state of play "that wont donate" says you play lordareon, as you wont be relaxed in the icecrown que.

3) to help you relaxed state of game play, role 2 characters, so that when someone starts camping yoru first you have something to go chill and play while you wait for people like me to piss off. (tho remember to not relax yourway past the character select screen or you will have to wait in que again)
