Technical In world start window

Hello, I dont know what it is, but when i log in my account and select the character, after get in the world, firstly i have a window thas is changing for 1-2 minutes, and i cant play, on this window is "Please enter password for: Crb0z...", The string Crb.. is changing to anoter string many times, so i cant type anything for this, because its clearing the input when changing. So what is it? how can i disable it? because of it i must to wait like 2 minutes before i can normally play. Please help, thanks in advance.

"Please enter password for: Crb0z..." is due to Carbonite addon.
