E' possibile cambiare la lingua del gioco, oppure si deve giocare solo in inglese?

Is it possible to change the language of the game, or should you only play in English?

I know that it's possible (both legally and physically) to change the ingame language to your native one. I know this because people have linked me quests, professions and achievements in Russian, German, French and Spanish. However, I don't know what you need to do, in order to set the client language to Italian. My advice would be to go to the Italian subsection and look for a guide there.
