WotLK Lost Winter Veil Disguise Kit

Hello,
a few years ago i lost my Winter Veil Disguise Kit (probably expired in the mailbox).

Is there any possibility to reset quest leading to get this item?

ATM its one of the two achievements, which i missing in full completation *What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been*.

btw. I know i can buy Proto-Drake in store, but im focused to get achiev points, not mount.
