Site Donations system not working, watch out

Over two months ago i've bought donation via SMS. I received 1 coin but don't receive premium status. So i can't use trade system.

I already writed some tickets (one was responded, that they will fix soon but no effect). Next tickets are without response. I writed also emails to [email protected], but don't received any reply.

Someone has any idea how to solve this issue?

premium status is not enough to sell on Trade.
you need to donate at least 10$/€

On other account i've donated via SMS also, and get Premium status. This was about 1 year ago. Something was changed? Where is info about this 10€?

Yes, it was reverted many months ago. It originally required a minimum of 10, which was the lowest we even offered, but then came some donation options that took as little as 1 buck. We let it be for quite a while that any donation, even those lower than our regular minimum, would give Premium, but eventually fixed that. It was quite unfair with all other countries that don't have access to such donation options and had to donate more to get the same benefit, so now we're back to the original minimum donation to get Premium.
