WotLK Character movement speed bugs

Guys, I don't know what to do anymore. When I try to move the camera with right click while moving, my character starts lagging. That happened after I was looking for some cool UI addons, and I found some elvUI addon that has been back ported to 3.3.5 so I gave it a try. I installed it then I didn't like it so I disabled addon. After that this problem has arrived. This happened to me before and I fixed it somehow. I deleted all addons, deleted wow and istalled it again like 10 to 15 times, I really don't know I stopped counting after 7 times. Then I tried to delete cache data. Then I unbinded toggle run/walk key and it still don't work. I don't know if it's problem is in my PC, but I don't think that is a problem. My PC Specs are following:

Processor: AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core 3.4 GHz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX560 4 GB
RAM Memory: 8 GB
