Technical Characters missing

Hello, I logged back into Warmane today for the first time in about a year, and all of my characters are missing. The server select menu says I have 3 but when I go into character select none of them are there. Can anybody help me resolve this?

Try checking here https://www.warmane.com/account/services under character restoration and see if you can restore any.

The page says I do not have any characters that require restoration, do you have any other suggestions? I looked into submitting in a ticket, but it appears you can only submit tickets for ban appeals.
