The Frenzyheart Tribe Reputation

I don't see any quest in the Frenzyheart Tribe Faction. I think i've done the first quest when I was leveling this my character because I am neutral with the Frenzyheart Tribe Faction. But I don't see any quest here. Please help me

Go back to the cave and re-check. I was in your shoes, went in that cave, helped the frenzyheart guy and the quests unlocked.
If you are meaning that you have just done the starting quest of frenzyheart, i believe all you need to do is use the item that summons your frenzyheart companion and he provides the quests.
