WotLK Hellfire is like buttfire

I have lvl 60 char and finally joined Outland today.
But everytime I start farming mobs, I keep getting ganked by Horde. This full wrath rogue keeps bustin my butt, I have no energy to level up!
Help! What should I do?

Take a break, play another game, or even another toon to avoid him completely. Or go to Zangarmarsh: less gankers there, more quest EXP, but slightly worse quest rewards overall compared to HFP.

And no post will change this. All you can do is either skip the most popular zones while leveling or just get ready for a lot of world pvp and being killed all the time. Because we do not forgive weaklings in this server.

*Note about Hellfire Peninsula. As the name suggests, the leveling experience there can be hell. However, personally I accept the risk, and I do the following. When I reach lvl 58, I go to that zone. I try to reach lvl 60, and when that happens, I immediately purchase the 150% flying from a trainer. Afterwards, I decide whether I want to continue leveling in the same area or move somewhere else. If I don't encounter any dedicated gankers, I do the quests near Thrallmar/Honor Hold. If I get killed constantly, then I head west and do the quests in Falcon Watch/Temple of Telhalat. If the situation is unbearable even there, I just go to Zangarmarsh. The moment I reach lvl 68, I go to Northrend. As a Horde, I prefer to quest in Howling Fjord. As an Alliance, I am used to playing in Borean Tundra, but you can go to Howling Fjord too. You just have to take a boat from Menethil Harbor (Wetlands).

So, yeah. I assume that you play on Icecrown/Frostmourne, in which case you have to make use of the 7x XP rate. You have to rush the leveling process as much as possible. If a particular person is corpse camping you, then you should follow OhieMitzen's advice and take a 15-minutes break.

I levelled up there a few days ago. I got ganked a few times but who cares? You only have to be like one or two hours there.
