Warmane community is toxic those days. Created pug raid ICC10 hc. We oneshoted every boss till BPC (icluding lady). Then hunter died and kinetics wiped us. Then 2 people left and agony began. It took half hrs to fill up the empty slots, since in meantime some others left. Then we switched to normal and on Sindy one guy froze everyone, and raid over. I bet that original group could do even Sindragosa HC. We should seriosly think about finding a way to punish raid leavers. Also, we should punish the 6k gs min + lk achievement for icc10 normal. Im not qqing about game being hard, i have 140 lods across 5 toons that I play on. Om just sick of about what we turned this server into.

It's a pug. That's what happens in pugs, that's the sole reason people do pugs instead of guild raids - there's no commitment and obligation to stay in a raid until RO is called. They can leave any time, pugs happen all the time so they can join whenever. Make it easier for yourself and join a guild.
And seeing how you say you could've cleared Sindy HC I assume you're on Icecrown. If you want a better community go Lordaeron.

This behaviour have nothing to do with Warmane community been toxic, its just how pug groups are on every server and also on retail. Also you cant force people to play if they dont want to, punishing people for leaving groups make no sense at all. Get into a guild and stop playing with pugs.
