İ played Outland Realm 2018-2019
I can't find my character
I see it in account history.

all outland character transfer to ıcecrown reaml.
but i cant see my character in ıcevrown realm.

if my character was deleted please contact me WARMANE STAFF OR A

if you can not see your char on website it means it was flagged for a rename.

In order to be renamed you need to log in-game (but it is not possible anymore since realm is closed)

So I do not know how players with your problem can Transfer their char to Icecrown/Frostmourne at the moment
