Wow Woltk Freezes every now and then

Hello Everyone,

im having this issue where my Wow feezes in middle of Arena. that happens 1 out of 10 arenas. i tried all the below solutions and none of them worked.
if anyone had this problem and solved it please share the love.

Solutions that I already tried:
1. Deleted WTF and Cache folders.
2. Tried 3 different wow 3.3.5a versions (I downloaded two versions from Warmane website and one from different source)
3. tried to play without addons.
4. changed compatibility settings of wow to (windows 7, 8, xp etc basically tried all options) although what's interesting here is that I used to get error 132 and I stopped having it after I changed compatibility to windows 7 or 8.
5. Its not an internet issue as i have 700 Mbps internet speed and it doesnt disconnect at all. i live in USA tho.
6. i tried to install software called Large Address Aware that would allow my client to use more than the intended amount of RAM

My PC:
Windows 10 Home.
AMD Ryzen 7 3800x Core
RAM: 32 GB
System Type: 64 - bit
Graphic card: Geforce RTX 2070 Super.
Wow version: 3.3.3A WoTLK / Realm: Blckrock.
