Technical Please help me, im going crazy (disconnection problem)

so the problem is. i log in play the game for a bit and i get disconnected
if im lucky i can play for up to 1-2 hours if unlucky then 2-5 min... after i get disconnected, if i try to connect it says ''a character with this name already exists''
so i have to wait for like 5 min to get back in the game and then the loop continues, the game is basically unplayable...

i have been faced with the same thing in retail/classic wow... but it seems that its happening only with wow, because connection wise everything else works no problem

i have tried reseting router, reinstalling wow,flushing dns,changing adapter setting and so on, nothing works even changed the damn router to a new one so the ISP is not at fault... i have no idea what to do, please help

does it happen only while in dalaran? In that case it is caused by the server

First of all, the bug with the "character with the same name is already online" can be solved by trying to login with your character 4 times in a row. Second of all if it only happens with WoW it's 99.99999999999% an addon fault. Try to disable all of them and login. If you still have the same problem, then it might be a Windows/faulty PC part

i have no addons and i've tried reinstalling wow and so on, bought this pc 2 months ago, brand new, doubt its that, mby it is windows who know but that will be my last resort :D

and the 4 times login doesnt work unless i restart wow and wait for like 2 min
