hey, i changed my client language from english to german and everything works so far but now the descriptions of skills are missing there is just no text anymore. Someone here who can help me?

Skill descriptions are registered in a DBC file, which is stored in MPQ files.
The EU client's got folders Data/enGB, esES, deDE and frFR. Inside each of these folders contain language MPQ with specific audio/texts.
If by switching back to english the description appears, you possibly got a/some corrupt MPQ files inside deDE folder.

i used the language pack which is posted in the tutorial here, should i try to uninstall everything and try it again?

I didn't know they were providing a language pack solution. Well, since you got the files already, try reinstalling.
If not, I can share a compressed deDE folder to you. I'm currently using the official EEU client.

I launch by just opening WoW.exe inside its folder, but you can always create a shortcut and put anywhere (Start menu, etc).
It got 2GB. Do you know how to use torrent?

i got it fixed, reinstalling worked fine for me i guess it was my mistake. the first time i copied the files in the data folder but i just saw that the rar package contains the data folder itself, so i just extraced it into the main folder and replaced the old one. i guess i broke something the first time :D
