Forum I suffered a robbery and I need your help

I was looking for a jeweler for the recipe "Inscribed Ametrine" in which I did a search through the "Global" channel, for which a subject spoke to me with the nickname "Gozaimasu" and he gave me his catalog and said and echoed he had the recipe he wanted. When I handed him the material, I told him that I would give him a tip for the service as normal people usually do, when I gave him the materials the subject disconnected and robbed me. I have been robbed by that man and I need him to apply the rules. I HAVE SUFFERED A ROBBERY
