WotLK Eligible to sell characters in the trading system

I played since 2017s. But forgot this account and gmail password. Then i create new accounts. Last weeks i found my codes. Now i dont use this account. Then i sell this accounts character and i will use coin.
But my account cant trade in system. In announce it says "You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system" So please solve this
