WotLK Missing characters from account

Two of my chars are missing from my account. They was in my account yesterday but today they are not in the account.. They are not sold but they are in armory but not in my account.. Can someone tell whats happening and how can i solve it to get them back

There was no clean up or anything started on our side, so check if they aren't available to be restored, which would mean someone accessed your account and deleted them.

They are not delletet and i dont see them in char restore

Then I can only imagine you're logging in with the wrong account or picking the wrong server. On which server were they?
