WotLK Islen Waterseer is missing, quest for shaman totem impossible to end.

Hello, it's been 2-3 days now that i wait to complete my quest "Call of Water" to Islen Waterseer but the npc is missing. I meet some poeples that waited too.
Did something is possible for respawn the npc cause it's a really important quest for shaman and block a lot of poeples ?

This is not not the proper place to ask. The proper places to ask are an in-game ticket (maybe the gm will temporarily respawn the npc) and the bug tracker (where the developers will see it and fix it permanently)
