WotLK Auction House guys! Any in-depth guides about Quick Auctions 3?

I've tried my luck before in AH playing with Auctioneer. I figured that for me the number one rule is to not rely on pure AH data when reselling or playing the AH, always know the market you're selling on. There is a website that provides daily scan data on Warmane and it has some nice features like listing the items that have the most profit when crafted etc etc... So I don't really scan anymore, if I need any tips I just head to that website. I'd like to rely on more "stable" income like glyphing, transmuting with extra procs, gem cutting, JC + Enchanting combo and other things like that. For this, I got the Quick Auctions 3 addon but I'm not sure if it's the right one because the addons tab says its out of date. Any up-to date versions? So far the addon worked fine for me so I just checked the "load out of date addons" tab and everything went well.

I know the basic functions of QA3 and Auctioneer but I'd really appreciate if someone who's into this could give me links to 100% in-depth guides about these 2 addons, also, am I missing any other addons that you guys use for AH playing? I know that new competition on the AH is not really welcome but after all QA3 data is only numbers and stats, not names.

I only need BiS pvp gear on my main + some rare FoS achies. Thank you for your answers!
