I was logged in earlier this morning but when I tried to sign on again a few minutes ago it's telling me the information isn't valid. The only place I see to submit a ticket is a ban appeal. I'm freaking out a bit because my account had 600+ coins. Anyone know where I'm supposed to go to get help? (I had 2 factor enabled too)

Scan your computer for malware.

change pass on both, account and email, each different password with random gibberish and numbers
And you are pretty much as safe as you can be, unless you are gullible and fall for "giv mi password bruh" or log in from random pcs.

I figured out how to reset password and I have access again. They didn't take anything or spend/send my coins which is weird. Scanning for malware now. Thanks guys.

There was some other private server with user data leaked so anyone using same user info got their password reset as a security measure.
