    My IP is Banned

    Hi. GMs
    I'm from myanmar which cause military coup sience 1st day of feb
    These Junta cut our internet off from 1am to 9am and shut our IP address to prevent using Facebook,twitter,insta and so on.
    So i used to play WOW with VPN
    My account was banned from advertising but it's not.
    Plz help me to restore my account and i dont use VPN again
    I'll be back when our country get democracy back and IP address restore.
