    hello mate

    i have a problem,i playid here like 3 years ago,and i have a pala with donated weapon from lk.and its gone,i have emails with purchase of taht weapon,but my chars are gone,can i have them back?

    go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services and pick character restoration, if it's there you can restore it. if it's not then it's gone for good.
