WotLK I am BUG??? why i dont have Mail transmog Item

Hi everyone, I have a Dude.
Im start playing wow so long i im do so muhc 80s raids 7 TOCs 25, 4 TOCs 10 , 2 NAX 10, 4 ICC 25; 2 ICC 10, 4 RS 25, 5 RS 10.
so much 80s raids i dont have the mail transmog Item.
My friends who start game with me hve 4 each one, and they do less raid that me.

So... the question is I AM BUG???
I think at this moment im just have one mail transmog item minimum no?

If you mean scrolls of deception, it's completely RNG and you're not bugged.
