As i thought so, it's a little unfair since I put my soul and life to play on this server but it is what it is. Maybe they will open their hearts a bit to give me coins so i can make myself insta 80lv as a welcome back gift?

Make support ticket and provide information that confirms your ownership, after cross fingers.
But getting to lvl 80 is most pointless way to spend coins...
