Hello, I am an old veteran on Warmane since 2016 year. I have been actively playing since then till this morning. I was in arena on my char Savino on Blackrock when suddently I get disconnected. When I tried relogging I received message that I am banned. I logged on the website to open a ticket and I see it is not possible, because I am IP banned for "Advertising"" ? I am stating that this is not true and never in my life have I advertised anything on Warmane. This ban comes out like a thunder from a bright sky. I have never crossed any Warmane rule. Please any GM to contact me to clear this situation out. Clearly this is a mistake and I don't understand why is it happening to me.

Hello, I got the same issue, I've been playing on Warmane blackrock for over 2 years straight, until suddenly I got disconnected from game mid arena match. I tried relogging but I couldn't and the reason was "banned". I logged on the website to check the issue and the reason was "IP banned for "Advertising"" and it won't let me open a ticket to appeal ban. I am very sure that I never did any Advertisement for anything I was queuing 2s with my friend and only interacted with each other and sometimes other players if they flames us, besides that no other chat whatsoever. I'm not sure of the issue is related to my internet but I'm playing on my mobile data most of the time due to a bad Wifi connection. Please if there is any GM that can help me out to sort this issue I will be thankful.
