1. Customer Service???

    Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue here before? I've tried contacting the server's staff multiple times and no one ever replies. I am a new player just started a month ago, and I really like the server and the people I've met, so I decided to become premium and donate to the server. Just before I wanted to donate, I got a message your account has been banned for 5 days for ninja looting. And I'm like whaaat? Is it possible that people can use the ability power and just report you out of the blue? Because I remember the only person that could of reported me for ninja looting is a person that got very upset that I got a warrior item on my warrior and he wrote me "GIVE ME THE ITEM OR I REPORT YOU FOR NINJA LOOTING" not even asking nicely. And I was like ummm no not right now after u threatened me... and also I need it as well. My party also confirmed and told him that i wasnt ninja looting that the item i rolled for was an actual item i needed as well... So anyways i didnt pay attention anymore to the situation. Little that I know after 2 hours I get suspended for ninja looting. I thought staff looks over the cases which one is ninja loot and which one isnt... So yeah Ive been trying to reach anyone to help me get my account back and also i wanna donate to the server, but only crickets so far... Is the communication with the owners this bad all the time?   2. Perhaps you rolled need on a tank object and you weren't tanking?

  3. Ninja ban may have not been the result of the incident 2 hours prior to ban. It's possible you did ninja loot a day or two ago.

    Ban appeals are low priority, and getting your case reviewed can take 5 days or more. Sit it out and wait.

    I am prot warrior and we rolled on Str stamina item. Even my party confirmed that it wasnt ninja looting... It was false accusation and fake report. somehow it worked. and it couldnt be from few days ago cuz I wasnt playing for 3 days before this happened

  5. Getting a ban in a couple of hours or the same day is literally impossible,
    as has already written above, maybe you were a few days ago press need an item that is not for your main spec.
    for ban is required screenshots as evidence which was valid in your case.

  6. If you reread the post, you can see that I've already tried everything listed that needed to be done and still haven't gotten a reply... I believe I am innocent and whats the point to get response after my account's penalty is over lol... thats the whole point of the post. We need better communication from the owners... and slightly faster one... as well.

  7. There doesn't seem to be any mechanism in place to do that. Yes, people can report you for ninja, and yes, it does seem to be automatic - with no readily available means of appeal, until the ban time is finished.

    Or you can do what I do (and at least one other player that I know of does), and that is have more than one account. Bans aren't permanent, but having more than one account means you can still play. ;)

  8. I know bro but I am literally like 3 weeks new player and I finally hit lvl 80, and thats where the fun starts where u go dungeons and kill mobs together with mates to get stronger gs gear... I can't believe there are such toxic people that can make problem out of everything... You know how many times a person has taken a item I've need it more then him and I never complained nor filed a report because he actually needs it too. But in this case getting punished for something you haven't done its annoying... And I really liked the server and game so I was ready to donate to support the community and then this happened lol... I hope they treat you better if u are a premium in terms of communications....

  9. You are misunderstanding the purpose of Ban Appeals. It seems you believe it's a mechanism to contest a ban, which it isn't. It's not called Ban Contesting after all. Every ban issued requires either a direct investigation by one or more GMs, or that sufficient unedited evidence is provided, which is analyzed by them to determine if the report is valid or not. Therefore the correct way to look at a Ban Appeal isn't that you're telling Staff "I didn't do anything, I'm innocent, the ban was wrong" because the ban wasn't issued automatically or "without even looking," but instead "I'm sorry, I won't do it again, please give me a chance and lift my ban sooner." Being a donor won't change that, nor will it give your Ban Appeals any sort of higher priority. There's no sort of "rule immunity" or "punishment leniency" as part of the perks of being on a Premium account.

  10. Kind sir, the problem here is Ive reached out to every possible way there is and I havent gotten any reply. I only said I believe im innocent and i asked kindly to lift my ban. And as I mentioned before I am fairly new here just less then a Month. I asked around what did i do wrong to get banned and no one said I was ninja looting. Anyways thats not the point, if by any chance i did and i am not aware of it, I apologize and I will pay attention more next time. If it happened I sensierly apologize and I am sure it wasn't intentional. So Obnoxious any idea how can I reach to the right person to personally Apologize and tell him my case? Btw what i meant about donating was because I love the server and the game I wanted to donate to support it not that Ill be IMMUNE to anything after that... Ofcourse we still have to remain following the rules.

As more than one player has already told you, Ban Appeals have the lowest priority (just like they told that chances you'd get banned after an hour or two are pretty much none, due to the volume of tickets GMs are always receiving, you way more than likely were banned for something you did before, so people telling you did nothing wrong in this incident you keep mentioning is moot). If you already opened one, you then wait. There's no cutting the line, there's no asking someone to look at it earlier. You already did what you had available to be done and you will receive an answer when your ticket's turn arrives.

    Also, what I said about being a donor was just in reply to what you said, expecting special treatment on something like this ("I hope they treat you better if u are a premium in terms of communications"). Again, no, Premium Accounts don't get priority on Ban Appeals or any extra leniency on bans. The idea is to not get banned in the first place, and all players are equal on that.
