WotLK They deleted the items that I donated.

A few days ago they returned my hacked accounts to me .. and in one of them I had no 1 .. if not 5 items that I donated .. in one of the emails they sent me during the recovery process they told me they would not return anything that they have deleted .. I accept the donated items .. what information do I give you to recover those items?
