I had ****ty gear, less than 3k gs, some glyphs i made with inscription, and a bit of gold, logged in and everything was gone.
Now im naked without money.
How is this possible? Noone else has access to my account
ps: i also get a lot of times the 'character with that name already exists" error. idk if that matters

Character with that name already exists, means you were logged and got DCed and that your character is still present in the world. I strongly suggest for you to change your password as soon as possible. Sadly nothing can be done for your missing items unless they were brought by coins. Account security has been always part of player's responsibility. You are given the 2 - factor as a tool to protect your account even more.

Just a security tip. Never register on a guild site such a Shivtr using the same email and pass as you do for game accounts. If you're going to register on a shivtr site always create a brand new e-mail and pass and use that only for the site and nothing else. Shivtr is a Chinese gold farmer site that steals your info. I actually got my stuff stolen after I used the same e-mail/pass combo on that site. Good thing it was an alt account with not much gold.
