A friend of mine is trying to log in after creating an account but can't. All it displays is that it's connecting afterwards it shows him an error. He made two accounts even and both of them do not works. please tell Us what to do.

Also make sure he removed WoW from torrent, moves the folder from a default download location on his PC, right clicks WoW folder -> Properties -> remove "Read-only" (make it an empty box) and apply to all subfolders when it asks youThe issue tends to be a wrong / outdated realmlist:
