Tbh, when I join raids and want to change my MS, I tell that on the whisper to the RL.
If he don't want to let me roll as that MS, don't invite me. I can always find another raid where they let me play or roll as that MS. waiting till full to tell that you can't change your MS is just stupid.
Joined a VoA25 once by whispering RL "fdk5.7/bdk5.7 - wanna roll MS dps". he invited me as tank, and after we clear trash, he tells you can't change your MS except for ms pvp.

Definition of Ninja lootin: A player who, when in a group, [rolls]“Need” on everything regardless of if he or she can use it.
A player who, when in a group, [rolls]“Need” on BoE recipes for a character they are not currently playing.
A player who rolls on a [BoP] item that everyone else has passed on or a player who loots a corpse without permission after everyone has passed on a [BoP] item.
A player who loots a chest or harvests a resource while another player is fighting.

This one doesn't make any sense though? if said player wants the item they will just greed roll it, after everyone has passed and it wouldn't be ninja looting. If everybody has passed on it, in the same regard, I don't think returning and getting it is necessarily ninja looting? Might have missed timing with AFK during the roll or whatnot, this one's a bit gray for sure.
