Lordaeron Cant leave party

After the completion of an instance, everyone left the party and i remained as the only member of a 1 man party, i cant leave this party and i cant queue for dungeons as it fails to check the role of the non existent party members. When i try to invite someone else to this party, a message saying: You can not invite "random name" because he is not in the instance, appears. I tried logging off and on and it doesnt work. I have the party lider icon, but as i said, theres noone else at the party and theres no "leave party" option.
