Technical Can not change Rep rings

I purchase this role by coins, but i can not change rep rings. And i checked there is no rep rings in my bag or bank

maybe explain better the situation on your ticket.
From what I have understood you are missing ICC Rep ring because you have bought this character on Trade. Right?

So type this on your ticket:
"Hello, I have bought this character on Trade and it is missing ICC Rep Ring but I can not get a new one from Npc. Any help?"
