WotLK I can't Collect points

Hello very good evening, I have reached 1000 achievement points with a character but I can't claim my points, is it a bug?
My character is Benaventina in the Frostmourne realm.

Because Frostmourne and Blackrock characters are excluded from system, only Ice and Lord characters are valid
