Lordaeron My bank alt has been deleted, is there a way to have it restored?

Hello everyone, I haven't been able to log ingame for a while and I've seen that many of my low level characters were deleted. One of them is my bank alt on Lordaeron, which had a lot of things I'd hate to lose. I did not realize low level characters would be deleted, otherwise I would have never let this happen.
Is there a way to have this character back? If not at least another way to have the items back?

If your account is premium, then it would only have its name removed, check in-game as you won't be able to see it on website until you set a new name.
Otherwise, it's gone.
