Technical FPS Issues?

Hello Warmane Community :)

Just returning after being gone for some years.. I redownloaded it and started things up and for some reason I'm not getting high frames at all... I'm stuck bouncing between 100-50 or even 40 FPS and the game feels really laggy..

i7-10700K
24GB RAM - originally only had 16 but pulled the other 8 GIG sticks from my old PC lol, eventually I'll make it 32.
EVGA 2070 Super

should easily be able to run this but idk is there something I'm missing?

Ignore me.. I'm an *****. Disabled Hardware Cursor and it fixed itself.
