Returning to Warmane after playing in Classic WoW.. Biggest eyesore: the Floating Combat Text is extremely pixelated in this client.
I have tried Nice Damage, ElvIU, Stock UI, but regardless I cannot get the Blizzard Floating Combat Text to be clear/less pixelated.

Is there a way to improve the quality of the Floating combat text?
You do realize you've come back to an 11-year-old game, right? At the very least, the game client itself is 10+ yo.
You could try MikScrollingBattleText, fiddle around with it.
The 3D scrolling combat text rendering component got revamped somewhere around WoD or Legion iirc.
While there isn't anything you could do (unless you're able to reverse engineer it and patch your binaries, then by all means go ahead and do that) to modify it in Wrath, there are ways of making the 3D SCT less eye cancer-y.
Find a font to use. (Although, pixelfonts tend to work better for obvious reasons.)
Save it somewhere in your WoW directory.
Load it into WoW - assign to the global constant DAMAGE_TEXT_FONT the absolute or relative path the the saved font. (This can be done with a script or, alternatively, an AddOn for convenience - e.g. NiceDamage can do that.)
Edit the font's EM Unit Size metric with Type light (or any other equivalent app) until it looks right on your resolution and according to your preferences.
Thanks all!
I had hoped someone had ported it from legion already, guess not!!

I modified the original version with smaller letters so when XP: ### is on the screen its more uniform.
