    I can't my Frostmourne characters from before the release of Season II

    I can't find those characters on the barracks neither on the server, what do I do?

    you need to "manually" transfer them to Icecrown realm
    https://www.warmane.com/account -> service
    Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm
