WotLK Quest: Heated Battle (10 of 16) - possible bug?

For the quest "Quest: Heated Battle (10 of 16)" one has to kill 12 Frigid Ghoul Attackers, 8 Frigid Geist Attackers, and 1 Frigid Abomination Attacker. But no Frigid Ghoul Attackers ever show up. I am Horde, and even when I check at the east side, only 1 Frigid Ghoul Attacker ever shows up. And that one is impossible to ill without drawing the Alliance NPCs (who then kill me). Has anyone else had this problem?
